I drop off my car and get sent home by an Uber because for some reason they think I have no life no job and kids. Then when I explained that I need a car they told me too bad so sad we don’t have loaners for some reason they think I have no life no job and kids. Then when I explained that I need a car they told me too bad so sad we don’t have loaners but u can rent a car out of pocked and if they think it’s a manufacturer or dealer issues then they might pay for my rental. Plus my appointment is 2 weeks out and to top it all off they know it’s a manufacturer defect because it’s on my receipt and the new issue is cause by the repair of the first issue!!! I know because another dealer confirmed it….. this dealer is full of xxxxxxxx, cheats, Liars!!! More

Only complaint is that I scheduled my service a month ago to check some issues… upon arrival I was told they would need days not day to diagnose.
