I brought it in for a simple recall notice, but when the vehicle came back it would no longer start - both batteries needed to be replaced. They insisted it was a coincidence - that two batteries died at t vehicle came back it would no longer start - both batteries needed to be replaced. The engine compartment was filthy (meaning it had been sitting outside with the hood open) and the terminal covers had been removed (meaning someone had jump started the vehicle). The cost to replace the batteries and the labor was way overpriced. Changing a car's battery is not that complex. It should not have cost as much as it did. It also should not have taken as long as it did - it took a week to replace the batteries, after the initial week to service the recall issue. More

I bought a jeep from this dealer with extra warranty plus rental car or loaner rights. All I get is attitude. From first day I purchased the jeep it’s been bad , they kept my driving license and never bothe rental car or loaner rights. All I get is attitude. From first day I purchased the jeep it’s been bad , they kept my driving license and never bothered to call me , two weeks later I remembered that they were the last one asking for it so I called and it was in their office. Another week and the car kept going into repairs till this day. I’ve paid top money for this jeep and it’s been giving me nothing but anguish it’s been in repairs for more than 6 months and collectively probably close to a year , I don’t even have 20,000 miles on the car and I’ve always had problems with it , the car doesn’t look the same as I purchased it because the service department kept taking parts out that said it will improve performance of the car but nothing improved only got worse . Also due to construction at the service department they kept bringing back the jeep with lots of nails in all tires once it was so bad I had to take Uber back home , another time the stereo was destroyed and while they ordered another stereo my state of Art surround sound system that was the only thing I enjoyed about the purchase of the car , that was removed or not connected. Honestly I’m scared to go back they hate me there and it’s not my fault, I’ve tried to go to other jeep service departments but after a long wait for appointment I get there and they say that I have to go to the place I originally bought the jeep , I’m frustrated I’m driving this jeep that is making rattling noises from underneath and back trunk, signal lights don’t work stereo is xxxx and the front tires have nails in them, the back tires I paid for one and Westbrook paid for the other one although they should have replaced all tires . I’m exhausted, I’m tired of complaining about the same problems and getting an attitude that it’s my fault that they sold me a car for top money that is Junk. More
