It’s only not a 5 star Because it took almost 2 hours to get out of there and my tire pressure light won’t go off. I was there at 7am checked in by 7:07am and out of there right before 9am. Back to the tire pressure, I called and spoke to a guy in the service department and he was good too although he said that the 5th tire on my Jeep also needed to be checked and possibly that was it. The service time took over 4 hours and that was not estimated. They did not complete everything that I asked to do so had to go back and redo it. This is the second time I’ve dealt with my service advisor ARMEN BABUDZHYAN and he’s just ste dealership and my second about the service department. This is the second time I’ve dealt with my service advisor ARMEN BABUDZHYAN and he’s just stellar…made it easy to get scheduled and to have my truck diagnosed and fixed and back to me even earlier than promised. He is always quick to respond to my calls. I live less than two miles from another Ram dealer/service department and I do not mind at all driving to this location due to the great service. More
