Waiting a week for this place to even look at your car is absolutely unacceptable. Being open on Saturdays doesn't do any good if you're not even going to look at the car for the till the following friday. T absolutely unacceptable. So far it has not met my expectations, when bought the car all nice gave us food like any other dealers when they want you to purchase a car. So I made an appointment with PAYMAN, I get there and he tells me that in order to get a diagnosis I need to leave my car for 3-5 days witch with the auto theft app installed in the car I saw my car was just sitting there for about 3 days!! One's I called for any updates on the car I asked for the number to get a rental car. Then they stated to work on my car like I was careless for 5 days!!! Even worse it was rainy days. And it dosen't stop here so PAYMAN calls and still has the audacity to ask so the light was on? Like why would I take it in? Because maybe I just didn't need my caring? Then he says ok so somebody has to drive the car is that ok obviously I had to say yes I need the car to be ok. So they did drove it took it to who ever drove the car to his house and in the morning took it to go get coffee...anyways I had to call and keep asking for updates I guess they got annoyed because PAYMAN said its ready! Like really when was he going to call me?! So we went to pick up the car and still had to wait more than 20 minutes for us to go to the car and get the key they didn't handed it. We literally got it from inside the car. Hope the lights from my car won't turn on any time soon.. More

The past two times I was hear I asked for additional quotes for additional services. Both times I did not get them. Last year I was told I needed a new motor mount at 52,000 miles and I replaced them b quotes for additional services. Both times I did not get them. A week later I had my mechanic friend look under my Jeep and the rear shock was blown and leaking. They never mentioned the leaking oil from my shock. I would think they would have noticed that when they notice the engine mount. More

So called diagnosis was not done. Car was returned dirty and problem not fixed. Dirty means disgusting glue on my driver door, trash in passenger side and my dashcam was ripped out. I was floored by the time frame of 4-6 weeks for my Plug-in Hybrid Pacifica. They worked hard to take care of it in less time and called to keep me informed of progress.
