Time taken for service was decent, but that was about it. When negotiating the price, Mike failed to mention that paying by Credit Card adds 3% to the fee. This is unacceptable. Also - for my oil change, a sticker was not provided that showed the date of the oil change at what mileage it was done. this is a very basic component of an oil change. it is extremely important, and it was not done. it leads me to question if an oil change was ever actually completed. I called on the phone and a women told me that thiis is "not a. big deal". i beg to differ, and do not like the non-caring nature of this answer. More
I brought my 2015 Jeep in for repair for the U90 emissions recall. 1. According to VNCDJR's records, I did not own my vehicle. They had registered ownership to someone else. I purchased my Jeep emissions recall. 1. According to VNCDJR's records, I did not own my vehicle. They had registered ownership to someone else. I purchased my Jeep new in 2016. (NOTE: I never received a recall notice. Is this why?) 2. When I made my appointment, I was told it was the dealership's policy not to provide loaner vehicles. I was told by the dealership and Jeep corporate I would have to rent a vehicle while my vehicle was being repaired, and that corporate would reimburse me. This was reiterated when I brought my Jeep in for repair. The rental agency VNCDJR directed me to, Midway (I specifically told them I wanted to go to Enterprise), knew about the reimbursement policy and advised me which page of the rental receipt to submit to Jeep corporate. Jeep corporate is now refusing to reimburse me for the rental and told me VNCDJR should not have told me they would. (The service advisor, Vahe Gabrielyan, gave me the phone for the Jeep department for submitting the reimbursement request when I picked up my vehicle.) 3. While I was waiting to be driven to Midway, I overheard Vahe Gabrielyan on the phone with another customer say that, while they did provide loaner vehicles to customers, they did not currently have any available. As stated above, I was told when I made the appointment, and again by Vahe Gabrielyan, that VNCDJR's policy was to not provide loaner vehicles to anyone. 4. When I told Vahe Gabrielyan I wanted a rental from Enterprise and asked that he call them to pick me up, he told me Midway was cheaper, and had one of his employee's drive me there. When I got home, I went online and checked Enterprise's rates. Enterprise was cheaper than Midway. 5. One of VNCDJR's employees reprogrammed the media button on my sound system to play Hip Hop, specifically, station KDAY. When I picked up my vehicle, the reprogramming synched to my phone. When I came back to complain, Vahe Gabrielyan accused me of doing it myself. (I do not listen to hip hop, I had never heard of KDAY. I do not have the technical knowledge to reprogram the media button to play radio.) KDAY blasted out of my sound system every time I started my vehicle. I had to unpair my phone from my Jeep, delete the music app from my phone (losing everything I chose to load into it), and re-pair my phone to my Jeep to make it stop. 6. When I brought my Jeep in, I asked Vahe Gabrielyan to fix two things unrelated to the recall. The screws holding the rear license plate keep falling out. (Per online Jeep forums, this is a common problem, easy to fix, however, I do not own the tools necessary to fix it). I also asked him to replace the fuse for the cigarette lighter/charger. (I have arthritis in my hands, I can't maintain a strong enough grip to pull the bad fuse.) Neither issue was fixed. More

I took my 2015 Dodge Viper into the dealer to have the driver’s side window fixed. The service department had the car for over 3 months and never fixed it. I finally picked up the car since it was very ob driver’s side window fixed. The service department had the car for over 3 months and never fixed it. I finally picked up the car since it was very obvious that they did not know how to fix it and were simply parts-swapping. The service manager also conceded to my wife that someone broke the window after it was removed from the door. The service advisor had told me that the window had to be replaced because only new windows have the boss fittings that needed to be replaced and cannot be purchased separately. Apparently, that was not true. When I picked up the car, the new window was installed but completely crooked and misaligned. And on top of all of this, the car was returned with several deep paint scratches that absolutely were not there when I dropped off the vehicle. This was by far the worst experience I have ever had with a service department at any dealership. More
