I am describing the exact case scenario that happened to me at this service department. I have owned multiple brand vehicles and this is by far the most disappointing one that I have ever owned. trust me if there was something else out that was like the gladiator or wrangler I would sell my truck in a heart beat to never deal with mopar again. this is the same exact reason that I didn't end up getting a hellcat because I knew that to service the car it would be a issue. I just haven't found the time yet for my yelp review and google review for this service center with text message proof of the service that I was provided that I will happily post online
