I was appreciative of the quickness in getting the work done on my vehicle, as well as the customer service provided by the individuals taking care of my car. I was a bit disappointed when I left the dealership and noticed scratches on my vehicle that had not been there when I dropped it off, along with an issue starting my car shortly after I left. I was lucky to be able to get it started again and drive it back to the dealership, in order for them to tighten what was loosen and hadn’t been done properly the first time. More
After waiting 2 weeks for an appointment, I arrived and was told my car may have to be kept 5 days - just to check to see what was wrong with the entertainment / backup screen. They ended up checking that day and returning the car to me, saying they needed to order the part. Jusr to get a new broken screen it took 2 months. And I had to follow up to see if the part came in. Not having a backup camera on a Jeep grand Cherokee 3 row was VERY dangerous for 2 months. Disappointed that it took 2 months to get a replacement screen. More
I been going here for oil changes ever since I bought the car. The past time I received an oil change before the last time I went, my car started to heat up a bit. Didn't think much of it. I went for an oil change mid-November and my car started to really shake and has been heating up. My wheels were unbalanced and there was too much oil running in my motor. Absolutely disgusting horrible service. The service representative JR had absolutely no idea what he is talking about. He was telling me that I still have power train warranty on my truck when I was telling him my roof is leaking. Zero customer support. No one cares about anything that you tell them or to even explain anything. The service guy JR was telling me they can’t look at my alternator because there is a winch and sub connected to it because my car is too modified. My roof has a besttop suborder installed instead of the freedom panels and my complaint of the roof leaking rear driver side is caused by that when it has nothing to do with it and it’s a part that molar sells themselves. A bunch of clowns work there and that’s why all their Google and yelp reviews are 1 star. Now my warranty is up and there is nothing I can do about it. Sad More
