The problem is never getting a good estimate on how long it might take to do a repair. I was left guessing and wondering whether or not I need to rent a car or not. They could not offer me a rental but directed me to contact corporate. A few of my vehicle issues were not addressed or corrected. Waited six hours for an oil change only to be told that they didn’t have the correct oil filter, at which time I was told that I would have to wait another hour. And one time I was there for an oil change they didn’t have the correct oil filter, at which time I was told that I would have to wait another hour.
