A recall that should have only taken 2 1/2 hours took one month and five days. I had things stolen from my vehicle while in the service bay and little to no communication from the Service Center on the statu month and five days. I had things stolen from my vehicle while in the service bay and little to no communication from the Service Center on the status of my vehicle until I called or had to physically go there to get a status. I had to file a complaint with Chrysler directly in order to get any movement on getting my vehicle back. I was forced to pay for a loaner myself - $1,300 worth of a fee and that does not include the hotel that I had to pay for since I was visiting from out of state. The entire situation has been seriously mishandled and with the theft of personal items from my vehicle - I am sadly disappointed. Now I have to fight to get reimbursed for just the loaner vehicle - it is a nightmare. More

I purchased my 2021 challenger one year ago from the van nuys location. I basically got the deal that i wanted but only after plenty of back and forth with the salesmen, finance, and managers. This is typical for most dealerships but i did not appreciate the feeling of “okay you got your car, now get out” from the people working there. With that being said.. i just brought my car in a couple weeks ago (Jan. 21st) for routine maintenance and I got the same feeling from the maintenance department as well. When dropping off my car, I clearly mentioned the squealing noise coming from my brakes and asked if they could check them out. When i came back to pick up the car, I asked about it again and if they were able to fix it.. the man at the counter said “they were fine” and sent me on my way. The squealing noise was still there as if nothing had changed. At that point I didn’t even bother going back inside and saying something because both times i’ve visited this location, i’ve had the same feeling afterwards.. the feeling of “they don’t really want to help me, just get what you need and go”. More

Great job with communicating. The only thing which is out of their control is the amount of times I have brought the car in.
