Had my car towed here when I broke down 800 miles from home. We had an idea what the problem was so we leave the car and fly home. A week later I get a call telling me $14k for a new engine or come get home. We had an idea what the problem was so we leave the car and fly home. Because I knew there were other solutions I came and got the vehicle with truck/ trailer $2500 later from rental fees.i bought the time sert for $170 to fix my stripped spark plug not seating issue and it's fixed. Thanks for nothing but costing me more money. Roger was nice but the service manager should want to help people and not put them in a worse situation. There was a couple options you could have done there and you told me no, come get it. Unbelievable. More

Very disappointed with my service! Took more than 6 hours for a scheduled, routine oil change. No idea why you all accept appointments if it’s basically first come, first served! Not to mention my service person Hector Junior did not communicate well with me at all! Initially said my vehicle would be ready between 1:00 pm and 1:30 pm. I returned between that time only to be told it would be after 4:00 pm. A simple phone call or text back could have saved me a trip. Also found it rude for Hector to be on what appeared to be a personal call when I returned to pickup my vehicle. Thankfully someone else was able to close me out. Bad experience all around. More
