Brought my Jeep in for an estimate. I was quoted a charge of under $300 to look at the vehicle. I then received a breakdown of the work they said I needed on my vehicle. We only have a tad over 50,000 miles. I declined the service as the quote was outrageous. When my husband went to pick up our car the service advisor told him that we were getting charged for each warning light diagnostics. Almost $600 just to look at two problems. I was charged double of what was authorized by me. The service advisor was rude to my husband with a tough luck attitude. I took my vehicle to another mechanic the next day that gave me a free quote. He described to me in depth on the work needed and gave me a quote. The work I decided to have done was almost $4000 less than the dealership quote. I am very unsatisfied with my experience at the Jeep dealership. To top it off I was contacted twice by them asking if they could buy my in-high-demand vehicle. I feel they were charging me outrageous service prices to push me into trading in my vehicle. Not happening; I love my car! More

I purchased my car in January 2023 but the second key hadn’t been programmed yet at the time of purchase so I only received one car key. I was told it had been ordered so they would call me to come in in a few days. Well a few days turned into almost a month and no one called. I had to follow up Myself to schedule another appointment to come in to have my key programmed. It was an inconvenience Botha times due to my work schedule and missing hours of pay and the lack of follow up was disappointing. The shouldn’t have been sold to me without a second key already programmed to the car. More
