Very disappointed with my service! Took more than 6 hours for a scheduled, routine oil change. No idea why you all accept appointments if it’s basically first come, first served! Not to mention my service person Hector Junior did not communicate well with me at all! Initially said my vehicle would be ready between 1:00 pm and 1:30 pm. I returned between that time only to be told it would be after 4:00 pm. A simple phone call or text back could have saved me a trip. Also found it rude for Hector to be on what appeared to be a personal call when I returned to pickup my vehicle. Thankfully someone else was able to close me out. Bad experience all around. More

I am from out of town, here for work. I have no family or friends here so this warranty work came as a huge disappointment and at a horrible time. I took it to this dealer with hopes of I have no family or friends here so this warranty work came as a huge disappointment and at a horrible time. I took it to this dealer with hopes of a possible quick turn around given my situation. I was told each week it would be ready on this day or that day and each week came and went with no vehicle. I couldn't get a rental due to finances and with the indefinite time frame which ended up being 32 days, this would have easily been nearly $2000. The final week before my vehicle was ready, I was given a car to use from the dealer which was extremely helpful. However, one instance that prolonged service was that a technician took my keys home and forgot them when he came to work. So, I am very disappointed in the service. I can only hope that the actual work is better than their word. More
