My name is Ian Bridge , I purchased the Ram 2500 Laramie truck about a month ago but there was a couple of issues with it. There was a leak in the back cabin and the rear seat would not fold up. Not sure why it has taken so long but you guys still have my truck after 3 weeks. I have been in communication with Hector on your service team and he last told me the parts came in last Friday. I have not heard anything since. Could you please let me know when I can pick up my truck. Thanks,
