Horrible customer service! Leased vehicle was having water leaking issues with puddles all over inside, and they would not try to help, told us no loaner and have to wait over Leased vehicle was having water leaking issues with puddles all over inside, and they would not try to help, told us no loaner and have to wait over 3 weeks to even be looked at. We pay for a nice new car that is LEASED, with clearly a manufacturing error and they had absolutely no compassion or care. Called another dealership and they were able to help us right away considering the severity of the issue under warranty. Absolutely disappointed in the lack of compassion or care. I am in awe of the lack of care and we asked if we could speak to another manager as more storms are coming and our new car has puddles of water in it and we were told that they will tell us the same thing. Then was told the manager was on lunch so nobody else can help us. Will never go to this dealership again! More

It took a while to get my urgent issue across to have my car seen. When my car was seen they provided me with a rental as promised and flowed through by keeping me in touch letting me know when car will be car seen.
