I was never told about the 10 day courtesy rental and the service adviser told me to extend the rental and now I am only getting 50% of the reimbursement. I left multiple messages for the past 2 1/2 weeks service adviser told me to extend the rental and now I am only getting 50% of the reimbursement. I left multiple messages for the past 2 1/2 weeks and they have ignored my phone calls. Very bad customer service and bad communication. Jeep owners be aware!!!. Chrysler's rental reimbursement policy will only covered 10 days. More

Didn't deliver on promissed date, kept pushing further and further went from a few daus to about 2 full weeks, pick up date wass told to wait longer because car was being washed, when I got ready confirma and further went from a few daus to about 2 full weeks, pick up date wass told to wait longer because car was being washed, when I got ready confirmation I arrived I still had to wait roughly 30 more minutes, and when my car was handed to me ot was not even wiped off let alone washed, OBD port was hanging on the side off the bracket, just left annoyed and took care of everything myself More
Very efficient. Set up car transportation home and back. Only thing is waiting is too long for just and oil change and tire rotation. This would speed things up for the customer and you would get more business. Also, out of warranty sigh up should be available for repairs , discounted for returning customers. I compliment Benny for his patience and abilities to help older customers as I am. Explanations of all the services and any additional should be fully explained and given discounts especially to seniors on a restricted/ set income with a payment plan if needed. Thanks 🙏 More

But even though I paid for a loaner while having my car being checked for a faulty part, dealer apparently were backed up on loaners orders for coupl But even though I paid for a loaner while having my car being checked for a faulty part, dealer apparently were backed up on loaners orders for couple months so I was just Ubered home.. lol Luckily they found the issue fairly quickly so I didn’t have to be without a car for too many days.
