He was courteous, friendly, and professional, advising me that my vehicle would be ready in about two hours. He called me earlier than that to inform me that the oil change had been performed and the vehicle had been washed. When I arrived to pick up the vehicle, Alex was not there, however after a short wait another service rep handled the paperwork and payment, and a porter fetched the vehicle for me. Very happy with the service. More

My first service visit for my Dodge Challenger RT When I took my car in for its first oil change and tire rotation I was greeted by Oscar. He was very courteous. He also released the back center seatbelt which got stuck when I pushed down the back seat in order to transport some bulky objects.
