Only thing that doesn't make this a 5 star is the lack of care they had when handling my car. No scratches or anything drastic but I saw a bunch of dirt smudges and finger prints on my car. Its not like I had a car wash right before but I would've appreciated a rinse or a quick exterior wash for the amount I paid! Hard to get any complimentary service now in days, but whatever. All the guys there are super helpful.... to women. More

There were two other people working the desk and they didn't help me. I patiently waited. Oscar finally arrived late, maybe at 8:45am, possibly later. No apology, not that I needed one. That was fine, I just wanted to drop my car for the Jeep diesel recall. He proceeded to take care of me with zero care and no hospitality. I don't ask for much, but I do know what good, even decent customer service looks like. I run my own business. Ideally you would make the customer happy to be there and try to work with them. Show effort to hear their concerns and requests. I felt he was rude and short. Simply didn't care. I also didn't appreciate being called 'Boss' and 'bro.' Unprofessional. When I came back to pick up my car he did step it up a little his customer care by actually looking me in the eyes and attempting to address my concerns. I picked up my car and drive home. The next day a warning light on my dash which has never come on came on. I called Oscar and he had the same unhelpful attitude. Basically saying if have to pay to get it checked out and pay to get it fixed once they found what was wrong. I came in to get a recall fixed, left with electrical issues that I now have to pay to get assessed????? Ridiculous. And they supposedly ran a full inspection on my car while they did the recall. Shouldn't this have been noticed when they did it? I ended up taking over an hour of my day that day to personally drive back to the dealer and speak with the manager Mike. He was very helpful, haver me his card. I used to go to West Hills Jeep for service and they were amazing. Took great care, made me feel stoked to be there and got the job done without extra charges. My first impression with the Russell Westbrook dealer was not good. I won't be going back for new services but I'm hoping they take care of this issue they caused for free. More
