Total Disregard for Customer Service I took my car in because my engine service light came on. My car was repaired but later that day the same light came on again. Exceptional Customer Service. I'm not one to write positive reviews because I expect those in customer service to do what they are paid to do, but Vahe went way above and beyond st I'm not one to write positive reviews because I expect those in customer service to do what they are paid to do, but Vahe went way above and beyond standard customer service. I made an appt. online, and when I showed up at appt. time I did not have to wait in a long line, and I explained what I needed done and showed him what I needed done. He called me to explain various costs and where to save money and the various services were completed within a couple of hours. Great service and I love my jeep and will be leasing a new one in 18 months!!! More

Really impressed with the customer service I dropped by for an oil change without an appointment and Vahe took my car right in (even though I was a little too close to the cut off time). I got I dropped by for an oil change without an appointment and Vahe took my car right in (even though I was a little too close to the cut off time). I got my car back quickly and he told me he even added some pressure back into two of my tires because they needed it. Really happy with the service here, thank you Vahe! More
I feel like a VIP EVERY visit! I have never been so happy to take my car in for routine service. The staff, the work, the level of customer care, the dealership.. He said I had to pay for the service and then asked for a refund if I wanted it done. I proceeded to call myself to find an answer about my warranty. Found my answer in less than 5 minutes. Something your employee could have done. More
Had wait 4 days for update. So I drop off car early in week. I was told I could drop off sundays. My appointment next day. I had work. So Sunday was good. Tuesday I called no reply. Wednesday called no reply. Finally speak to supervisor. Thursday was told he will call back later that day. Never happens. So Friday after being hold 30 minutes. Line hangs up. I called again and finally my service advisor finally answers On Friday days later.. He finally tells me we replace camera. They will have to order new stereo. Ok. I have to bring back when arrives. Pick it up saturday morning. Just come find a dent on my car. I love this dealer place. But hopefully was just small mis communication issue. I’m a calm person i don’t get mad. Just want updates after two days. This was all factory issues. I was not even given car to use in mean time. More
