Forget West Valley Dodge- come to Russel Westbrook ever since the west valley jeep closed down, the dodge across the street took over all the mopar service work. they couldnt be more ill equppied to h ever since the west valley jeep closed down, the dodge across the street took over all the mopar service work. they couldnt be more ill equppied to handle their original workload let alone jeep customers. I went there looking to have them check on a code. West valled dodge said they dont do those types of things on the weekend. I called Russel Westbook Jeep and asked if they look at engine issues on weekends and they do. not only that they're open until 7pm. this is unheard of with service depts. I came in with my mopar service contract and it was night and day compared to west valley dodge. the setup a rental car for me and kept in contact. they're doing what service departments should be doing.
