I take that back, Oscar sold me on the fact the repair could take up to 2-3 days, in reality it was done no more than 5 hours later, he is one heck of a salesmen I will be buying from again. Forget West Valley Dodge- come to Russel Westbrook ever since the west valley jeep closed down, the dodge across the street took over all the mopar service work. they couldnt be more ill equppied to h ever since the west valley jeep closed down, the dodge across the street took over all the mopar service work. they couldnt be more ill equppied to handle their original workload let alone jeep customers. I went there looking to have them check on a code. West valled dodge said they dont do those types of things on the weekend. I called Russel Westbook Jeep and asked if they look at engine issues on weekends and they do. not only that they're open until 7pm. this is unheard of with service depts. I came in with my mopar service contract and it was night and day compared to west valley dodge. the setup a rental car for me and kept in contact. they're doing what service departments should be doing. More

Bad Experience Organization was bad. Had requested a loaner/rental in advance. Dropped off and and no car available with enterprise partner not open yet. Offered an Organization was bad. Had requested a loaner/rental in advance. Dropped off and and no car available with enterprise partner not open yet. Offered an uber to work and another back to pick up a rental. When offered the above i asked if they needed the car overnight and was told yes. It was done the same day. Normally a great surprise but wouldn’t have wasted my lunch coming back for a rental had i known. Came to pick my car up and the dept was a zoo. Someone other than my advisor got my car and handed me a receipt. No “inspection results” provided. Car comes around and has had a terrible “wash” that left it looking worse than it started. Honestly - just dont do it if this is the outcome. The worst part? Later realizing half the contents of my center console are under my drivers seat instead of in the console where i left them. Also was not happy the bag of coins for meters had been emptied out for me. More
