He said I had to pay for the service and then asked for a refund if I wanted it done. I proceeded to call myself to find an answer about my warranty. Found my answer in less than 5 minutes. Had wait 4 days for update. So I drop off car early in week. I was told I could drop off sundays. My appointment next day. I had work. So Sunday was good. Tuesday I called no reply. Wednesday called no reply. Finally speak to supervisor. Thursday was told he will call back later that day. Never happens. So Friday after being hold 30 minutes. Line hangs up. I called again and finally my service advisor finally answers On Friday days later.. He finally tells me we replace camera. They will have to order new stereo. Ok. I have to bring back when arrives. Pick it up saturday morning. Just come find a dent on my car. I love this dealer place. But hopefully was just small mis communication issue. I’m a calm person i don’t get mad. Just want updates after two days. This was all factory issues. I was not even given car to use in mean time. More

Fixed my Check Engine Light I had to bring my 2001 Ram 1500 Truck into get my ECU fixed, since Dodge does not make new ones I had to get my own rebuilt ECU it took a little while I had to bring my 2001 Ram 1500 Truck into get my ECU fixed, since Dodge does not make new ones I had to get my own rebuilt ECU it took a little while to get it programmed. Now I have to wait to see the CHP Referee to get registered, keeping my fingers crossed the check engine light stays off for 3 weeks! More
Some Recent Setbacks I had two recent difficult experiences with the service center. On July 5th i brought my Jeep in for an electrical problem. The work was completed in I had two recent difficult experiences with the service center. On July 5th i brought my Jeep in for an electrical problem. The work was completed in a timely and correct manner by the service technician. However when I was charged for the service I was charged three times on my credit card. It took several phone calls that went largely unanswered or returned as there is no operator who picks up the phone on a regular basis and a visit to the Finance department before the issue was finally resolved on 8/16. I think. A few weeks later on 7/30 I brought in my Jeep when I received a recall notice concerning the catalytic converter. The service manager seemed overwhelmed correcting other employee mistakes that morning. My car was processed incorrectly and scheduled for a different service because one employee did the paperwork for the wrong vehicle. There were two similar Jeep Patriots in for service and they confused the two. I tried to contact the service manager later that day. He responded at 5:45 saying the car was ready but that I had to be there by 6:00 to pick it up. Your website clearly states service department is open until 7:00. When I did get there by 6:05 the car still wasn't ready. Didn't leave until 6:30. More
