Benny was nice, but i feel like i overpaid when I purchased my car I paid for the bumper to bumper warranty. $3000 above the price of the car. that's a good amount of money, so to find out that when I purchased my car I paid for the bumper to bumper warranty. $3000 above the price of the car. that's a good amount of money, so to find out that its $750 for a headrest that is 100% broken isn't covered was very surprising. Then i paid to get a new battery installed and within a day of leaving the service center, my lo-tire light goes on, when it wasn't on before I brought it in for servicing and i just had new tires installed two weeks ago... .. it's still on. so no I would not want yo go back nor will I ever buy a warranty in the future. I feel like i was scammed with the warranty. However, having said all of that Benny was super friendly and efficient. More

I did not have an appointment I had a turn signal bulb out and a bad wiper blade along with a check engi My service advisor Alex was not expecting me. Service The service department is one of the worse I ever been to. Everyone there is a liar” technician, lily, mike”service manager and Hector. When you call The service department is one of the worse I ever been to. Everyone there is a liar” technician, lily, mike”service manager and Hector. When you call they give you the run around and could not get a straight answer. I brought my jeep there 3 times for a clunking noise and they could not fixed it. The last time I brought it in for the noise they came back with a stupid answer. They told me it was my brake pads and that they are too small. Would not recommend this dealership to any one. More
