Above and beyond Oscar listened to my issues and resolved everything on the first run. I literally was prepared to have my Jeep there for a week as i had tried to have these issues resolved at another dealer but after 3 days they only did the oil change! I took my vehicle to Oscar & dropped it off on a Sunday with zero expectations accept for some hope that it would eventually get resolved. I was astounded when he called Tuesday morning and told me that all issues (axle replacement, catalytic converter & TPS) were resolved! I came to pick up my Jeep & found it was washed and ready to go. This will be my go to dealer going forward. More

It was just OK you need to have appointments for Oil Changes I swung by and was told that it would be a 3 hour wait to have my oil changed. I said that i would try again later. after running some errands I calle I swung by and was told that it would be a 3 hour wait to have my oil changed. I said that i would try again later. after running some errands I called and was told that it was a hour wait (sweet) I arrived 10 minutes later and was told that it was was still 3 hours (NOT Cool). I was told i should come super early. so i arrived Saturday morning and it was still 2 hours. I'm not sure why i paid for oil changes when i could go to Jiffy Lube or similar place and be in and out in under an hour. After my oil changes are up i will probably not use you all again except for major Jeep stuff and even then i will probably think about it. But over all those that i dealt with were professional and nice. More

Great service and care I had to get some work done on my 2006 dodge magnum. It took a little longer than expected but Fabian was quick to make sure I was looked after and ho I had to get some work done on my 2006 dodge magnum.
