Very honest. Easy to work with. Great customer service. I brought my car in for new breaks. A guy at Big-O tires said that I nedded them. The service department was honest and let me know that I did not nee I brought my car in for new breaks. A guy at Big-O tires said that I nedded them. Great service package plan I purchased the 3 oil change service plan. I think it's a deal at $99. As always its takes around 2-3 hours to get the vehicle back.
