Horrible service I dropped my car off on a Thursday was told they would call me back Friday the lates. Once I didn’t get a call back I decided to call to see what was I dropped my car off on a Thursday was told they would call me back Friday the lates. Once I didn’t get a call back I decided to call to see what was going on. I kept being told a manager would call me back because my advisor wasn’t there. It happens on 4 separate occasions. No manager ever called me back.. I find that receive a call until my fourth call where they still told me they would cb. And finally called back in the afternoon. Worst service ever. More

I paid for synthetic oil and got semi synthetic oil unbelievable all he said he could do was give me a tire rotation or come back the next day to do it again when I came out of the lounge to check oil unbelievable all he said he could do was give me a tire rotation or come back the next day to do it again when I came out of the lounge to check to see if the car was done it was sitting in the front lot facing the street finished the service guy made eye contact with me while he was walking to the back and kept going I got another service person to give me my paperwork and keys then found out by looking at the receipt that they gave me the wrong oil smh More

Quick and FUN...because the basketball court was there Oscar took care of me immediately. Promised me OUT in an hour...and I was able to shoot some hoops while I waited! Poor service, car damage. Very unsatisfied with service overall. I paid over $3000 on labor and my car came back to me with center console damage. Front bumper hanging off. Pan Very unsatisfied with service overall. I paid over $3000 on labor and my car came back to me with center console damage. Front bumper hanging off. Panel on sound system in trunk was disassemble for no reason. Explanations given to me by service agent did not make sense to me. When talking to me, I was referred as "Bro". Very unhappy. More

"best Technicians" Came in for an oil change and waited after that went to finish my day. During my drive the car smelled like oil I thought maybe because it had a fresh Came in for an oil change and waited after that went to finish my day. During my drive the car smelled like oil I thought maybe because it had a fresh oil change. Arrived at my house and had my husband inspect the engine bay and below. There was oil on the engine cover and beneath there was oil everywhere. Along the away bar, power steering, bottom cover, etc... The oils filter looks like it's leaking oil and it doesn't look like fresh oil looks like old oil was my oil filter replaced? Might pay a visit again. The service guy also called my V8 hemi a V7 so dunno about there service employees knowing there stuff. More
