Unorganized and Stressful My check in was fine, but it’s always something dealing with this department. Mike the service manager doesn’t return calls. Everyone is always confus My check in was fine, but it’s always something dealing with this department. Mike the service manager doesn’t return calls. Everyone is always confused, they don’t communicate with each other. I couldn’t even leave peacefully after my service, because they blocked my truck in and couldn’t find the keys to remove the vehicle that was blocking me. Longest 15/20 minutes of my life. And then on my way home, my hood on my truck was lifting and bouncing on the highway, because they didn’t secure it properly after my oil change. I had to pull over and secure it! The service department is careless!!! I won’t be trusting my “life” with them anymore. I’ll be going to a different location. This is the second time my vehicle wasn’t safe after I left from service. More

Service center I am not sure exactly who helped me. But I wasn’t greeted when I arrived to drop off my vehicle for service or when I came to pick up my vehicle. I we I am not sure exactly who helped me. But I wasn’t greeted when I arrived to drop off my vehicle for service or when I came to pick up my vehicle. I went to get my car serviced here only because I had a great experience with the sales person. But I would probably not go back to get my car serviced. Typically when I go to the dealership to get my car serviced when I pick it up they have it washed. It was not washed. Also I asked the service guy that I wanted someone to check the paint on the car and he said that it had to be someone in sales that would have to help me. That I totally fine with me. But good customer service they would have taken me to someone that could help me or they would have called someone over. I didn’t complain about the wash because I was already unhappy with the service I just wanted to leave. More
