Hector really listened to my worries regarding my Jeep's transmission and they were honest about the repair times and work needed to be done. We realized the transmission had to be replaced so I ended up getting that covered by my Jeep's warranty and I added a few other service repairs to keep my car running spot on! Service department customer service needs improvement I recently needed to have 2 recall services completed. Overall, I’m guessing that the services were completed appropriately. It’s hard to know since t I recently needed to have 2 recall services completed. Overall, I’m guessing that the services were completed appropriately. It’s hard to know since they were for emissions issues and emergency brake. It took the entire day, which is fine. They provided a rental car through Enterprise, which was kind of a pain because the service individual from RW did not send the reservation information to Enterprise. RW said I should expect to pick up my vehicle around 3 but that they would call me and let me know early afternoon when to come back. 3 pm, and no call. I called RW and kept getting passed onto someone’s voicemail. I had to call back 4 times, frustrated at this point, and said to stop transferring me to a voicemail and tell me if me vehicle is ready to pick up. I finally got someone to check and they said they were just finishing up. I arrived and had to wait for another hour for them to complete the service since apparently my service rep had left for the day and no one had any clue where my paper work or information was at. I understand that some things take time, communication is what was lacking and no one could seem to communicate what was going on. It really makes me wonder what was done to my vehicle. More

Poor communication Had my car towed in on a Thursday because it over heated. Was told they cannot look at my car until next week. Called multiple times the next morning Had my car towed in on a Thursday because it over heated. Was told they cannot look at my car until next week. Called multiple times the next morning with no answer because I was going to have it towed home. When I finally got a hold of my service representative in the afternoon I was told a diagnostic was done and I owe $200 after being told the previous day the car wouldn't be looked at until next week.
