The worse ever , do not service here or buy the insurance I bought my car last month , I bought $5000 extra insurance, I had to bring my car the same week I bought it for repairs , they kept it over a week an I bought my car last month , I bought $5000 extra insurance, I had to bring my car the same week I bought it for repairs , they kept it over a week and then they told me that they are missing some party’s and that they would call me in a couple of weeks , it’s been a month now that I’m driving with one light and left messages for mike the service supervisor but he never called me back , I think they have a caller ID because sometimes they don’t answer my calls at all , the phone just rings . This is not the first time I’m being extremely dissatisfied and disappointed from their service and sales department, I was promised the sun and the moon before I signed and after I drove off they didn’t even bother to tell me that they have my driving license, , 5 days later I figured out they must have it and called them and yes it was there and no one bothered to call me . Stay away from this dealership and service especially if you are a girl !!!! I’ve never been so disrespected and ignored. Shame on you! More

Def a learning experience Went In for services, left with a new vehicle. Salesman was nice but seemed new like he didn’t have much experience. Sales manager was kinda pushy. Unorganized and Stressful My check in was fine, but it’s always something dealing with this department. Mike the service manager doesn’t return calls. Everyone is always confus My check in was fine, but it’s always something dealing with this department. Mike the service manager doesn’t return calls. Everyone is always confused, they don’t communicate with each other. I couldn’t even leave peacefully after my service, because they blocked my truck in and couldn’t find the keys to remove the vehicle that was blocking me. Longest 15/20 minutes of my life. And then on my way home, my hood on my truck was lifting and bouncing on the highway, because they didn’t secure it properly after my oil change. I had to pull over and secure it! The service department is careless!!! I won’t be trusting my “life” with them anymore. I’ll be going to a different location. This is the second time my vehicle wasn’t safe after I left from service.
