Great service Brought my Jeep here for diagnostic of the suspected problem. The problem was confirmed and repairs were done under warranty. It took a bit longer than I expected, but the rental Jeep was provided for the entire time at no cost. Overall, I was very pleased with the experience and my service advisor Benny Marikta was very helpful. They even washed and vacuumed my car in the end. The only negative was the pick up ordeal when the boneheads in the lot could not first find my car, and then the keys, for half an hour. More

Services not performed. I came in for an oil change, multi-point inspection, and a tire pressure check (because my tires were low on air). When I picked up my car and got my I came in for an oil change, multi-point inspection, and a tire pressure check (because my tires were low on air). When I picked up my car and got my paperwork the multi-point inspection and the tire pressure check we’re both listed as having been completed. But when I got in the car my tires were still at their same, low PSI and the TPMS warning light was still on. Also, my daytime running light was still out, and the warning light was still on for it, leading me to believe the multi-point inspection hadn’t been completed, otherwise the light being out would have been noted. Both the multi-point inspection and tire pressure were not taken care of, but were marked as having been completed. This is unfortunately my third poor experience at this dealer, so I’ll be finding a new mechanic to do my car servicing from now on. More
