If you leave a message with a manager, they won't return your call. Nobody there cares about actual customer service. More

No One Knew My Car Was There My car has had issues since day one of me leasing it. I’ve called about the same issueS numerous times (screen too bright at night and can’t be turned My car has had issues since day one of me leasing it. I’ve called about the same issueS numerous times (screen too bright at night and can’t be turned down (one of the recall issues), radio going in and out, sun roof not opening, on/off start button going out and rarely working). I have mentioned this car has recall issues but since the Vin isn’t on the recall list - my car isn’t a lemon in their eyes — I have one of the first new Jeep Compass cars from 2017. After dealing with the issues my car not starting or having to try it a few tricks to make it turn on, brought my compass to the dealership. They said it would take a day. I call them the next day, no one knew what car I was talking about, couldn’t find it, didn’t have my name in the system, etc. After going through multiple people, someone found it and they said it’ll take one more day because both of the batteries apparently were bad. I got a rental car. Didn’t hear from them again, so called about the Jeep for a third time, again, no one knew which car it was and couldn’t find my reservation or Jeep until after going through multiple people. It seems very unprofessional there. I finally get my car back and my sunroof opened that day, but never again since. Also, the Electrical said “right turn signal is out” but it was working. This car has been a nightmare and no one wants to admit it’s a Lemon or that there are major issues with the car that can’t be replaced without extensive work. My fiancé called them yesterday about the issues but still hasn’t heard back. I love the Compass, but not this particular one. Super disappointed. More
