Big Screwup Made Right I had walked out of the dealership, furious that the appointment I made via chat with Virgil wasn’t on the schedule and the first serviceman I spoke t I had walked out of the dealership, furious that the appointment I made via chat with Virgil wasn’t on the schedule and the first serviceman I spoke to wasn’t helpful. Fabian came after me and made things right by arranging an Uber to drive me home while my car was in the shop free of charge and gave me his number to make future appointments. Still my appointment should have been on the books. More

Review Service was fine. Very quick for an oil change, which is important. A quick suggestion, someone there needs to greet customers when they walk into the Service was fine. I stood there for about 5 minutes before anyone said hello or "I'll be right with you". Though there about 6 service reps there behind desks busy working. I get it, service depts are always busy but there needs to be a line. Maybe have some kind of sign that says wait here for the next service rep (kinda like the bank does). I saw another guy come in after he also looked a confused and was not greeted. Then another guy came in through a different door and and he was waiting too. Neither of them knowing if they were next cause there was no line, there were on different sides of the room and nobody spoke to them for at least 5 mins. Get a line going so at least walk in customers will know what to do and whos next. I dont remember who helped me with service so I selected the first that appeared since it was required. Thanks. More

Issue not fixed but took 2 days to inform client I have told them the issue and requested to drive with the mechanic but said it’s fine. I only found that the issue was not fixed when they called me I have told them the issue and requested to drive with the mechanic but said it’s fine. I only found that the issue was not fixed when they called me 2 days after to pick up the car. Only then I found out the the mechanic was not able to reproduce the issue. The issue was fixed before but keeps happening. It was in the car’s history so they should have an idea. Why did it took 2 days and only when I was picking up the car that they will tell me the issue is not reproducible. Why would they inform me that car is ready for pick up when issue is not resolved. Although there was another issue with the sliding door of the car, the main issue was not fixed and I was not informed of the status until that day Benny informed me that car is ready for pick up. When I was picking up the car, Benny didn’t even explained why that happened. He just gives the paper and told me I need to reschedule. When I told him why he didn’t inform Me about the main issue, he just said “at least the sliding door was fixed” what kind of service guy would answer that? This had happened 2 times already with the same service guy. The other guy who was trying to help me was nice to scheduled me again the soonest possible time. More
