We need improvements, my wife waited long time to get her car back. It had no on the costumers waiting, and the clerks were not giving to her any attention it all. Miscommunication 2001 Dodge Durango towed in Sunday Jan. 26. I reported the car stalled, wouldn't restart. When it restarted the engine surged like I was pumping gas 2001 Dodge Durango towed in Sunday Jan. 26. I reported the car stalled, wouldn't restart. When it restarted the engine surged like I was pumping gas pedal which I wasn't and stalled again. Tow truck driver got it to start, idle and run but I took it in anyway. I reported all the above, service writer wrote Customer says check engine light is on. 4 days later they got to looking at it. Report: It needs 2 sensors, $1,100. I said that's what the car is worth. He said he can work with me but the parts are $500 each. I checked on line: $32 each. When I picked up car his written estimate was $400+/-. More

Horrible customer service Our Pacifica is having transmission issues and the service dept keeps giving us the run around. We spoke with Isabella last week and she assured us th Our Pacifica is having transmission issues and the service dept keeps giving us the run around. We spoke with Isabella last week and she assured us that a loaner would be available when we brought the car in and Hector would help us. I have worked with Hector in the past and he was helpful. When bringing in the car, Hector had no idea about the appointment or loaner. He called Isabella and she had no recollection of our conversation. The other service agent sitting next to Hector said she would call me when a loaner is available and we haven't received a call yet. It's not easy to make my way to the dealership and this was a waste of time and extremely frustrating. Reaching out to Mike the manager hasn't help since he doesn't return any of our calls. This is not the first time we have had customer service issues with your dealership. I dealt with Fabian in the past and it was a nightmare, but I didn't report it at the time. Also, Mike didn't return my calls then. Needless to say, I will not be recommending Chrysler to anyone who asks me, especially dealing with Russell Westbrook on the sales and service side. Other than these issues with the car, we have been enjoying it. Unfortunately, this will be our final Chrysler since customer service and dealing with these issues should be a priority. More

I had to spend extra time going to COSTCO TIRE CENTER to adjust by myself. I am not sure if the technician used AIR or NITROGEN 2. The parking brake handle has been broken. I need this message to be sent to the service manager. I called service manager, Mike and general manager, Zacke? and received no call back.
