Most of my concerns was resolved. Benny order new keys and faulty parts for replacement. However, the main concern I have with the vehicle haven’t been resolved. There is still wind noise leak in to the c and faulty parts for replacement. However, the main concern I have with the vehicle haven’t been resolved. First service expereince with this dealer, but wouldnt repea Horrible communication amd impossible to get a hold of my service advisor Benny. When i finally got a hold of him i told him the problem, never called me back. Only after several calls the service receptionist said my car was ready. When i showed up, Benny said that parts of the wiring harness were broken but he had gotten them on, in the meantime. Never gave me an option or price to replace ( car is 2 mo ths old and someone had attempted to steal it). I asked him what it would cost to replace the part , ( he hadnt even checked that) after some research said $3900 ( which warranted an insurance claim). I left , and texted and called over 5 times. Even left a message for the GM amd Service Manager, no call back. I needed a estimate to submit to my insurance. Anyway, ill give the $3900 job to another dealer that wants the job. Dont go there unless you want your full time job to be chasing them down. Worst customer service ive ever experienced More

Professional Work and Workers I was scheduled to take in my Dodge Ram 2017 for a software update and fix the driver side window button. I brought it in as scheduled and got it back I was scheduled to take in my Dodge Ram 2017 for a software update and fix the driver side window button. I brought it in as scheduled and got it back with the software issue addressed and replaced the whole driver side window controls all under warranty and I did not pay for anything. It was an easy drop off and pick up and they had an UBER ride for me to get home after I dropped off the truck. More
