Scheduling issue An appointment was scheduled in advance to get my spare key programmed (which they couldn't find when I purchased the vehicle). Disappointed I went in for a simple oil change and multi-point inspection. They recommended I replace my in-cabin air filters and when I later went to install the I went in for a simple oil change and multi-point inspection. They recommended I replace my in-cabin air filters and when I later went to install the new filter myself I found the old filters had been removed and there were NO filters in the car.
