I felt that the communication was extremely poor and the vehicle was at your facility longer than I owned it. It’s difficult to understand why something would take so long to repair a tailgate when the firs vehicle was at your facility longer than I owned it. The service department is the worst! You literally have to yell at people to be noticed or greeted. But thats only because they're busy talking to one another at the time. I spent several hours waiting for an oil change. After letting my emergency flasher on for the first 3 1/2 hours my car would not start. They had me captive so I had to buy a battery to get done.
