Horrible customer service Our Pacifica is having transmission issues and the service dept keeps giving us the run around. We spoke with Isabella last week and she assured us th Our Pacifica is having transmission issues and the service dept keeps giving us the run around. We spoke with Isabella last week and she assured us that a loaner would be available when we brought the car in and Hector would help us. I have worked with Hector in the past and he was helpful. When bringing in the car, Hector had no idea about the appointment or loaner. He called Isabella and she had no recollection of our conversation. The other service agent sitting next to Hector said she would call me when a loaner is available and we haven't received a call yet. It's not easy to make my way to the dealership and this was a waste of time and extremely frustrating. Reaching out to Mike the manager hasn't help since he doesn't return any of our calls. This is not the first time we have had customer service issues with your dealership. I dealt with Fabian in the past and it was a nightmare, but I didn't report it at the time. Also, Mike didn't return my calls then. Needless to say, I will not be recommending Chrysler to anyone who asks me, especially dealing with Russell Westbrook on the sales and service side. Other than these issues with the car, we have been enjoying it. Unfortunately, this will be our final Chrysler since customer service and dealing with these issues should be a priority. More
I am NOT happy with this service. 1. I told the service I am NOT happy with this service. 1. I told the service advisor to not adjust the tire pressure, but it has been adjusted by technician. I had to spend extra time going to COSTCO TIRE CENTER to adjust by myself. I am not sure if the technician used AIR or NITROGEN 2. The parking brake handle has been broken. I need this message to be sent to the service manager. I called service manager, Mike and general manager, Zacke? and received no call back. Could do better Ultimately my vehicle was taken care of. The issue was, my service person wasn't the friendliest, he seemed bothered. Others in the area I noticed were helpful and friendly, "Hi, how can we help you". Then my guy, wasn't happy at all, "what's your concern". Russell Westbrook, geographically works for my needs, I figured, awesome leave my truck get it fixed up while I'm at work. I wasn't informed that my truck needed to be left overnight, until I arrived later in the evening. I chalked it up to my not so happy dude. Like I said, ultimately I was taken care of, but my guy wasn't the friendliest. We'll see on my next visit. Thanks. Nick More
