Hello, Our team was in communication with you throughout the process. You were fully aware that we were working with FCA to identify the issue of your vehicle. The vehicle was fixed and returned back to you. After the fact, you returned to our dealership, proceeding to insult members of our team. We will not tolerate people disrespecting our team.
