Worst customer service EVER I have owned at least 10 Worst customer service EVER I have owned at least 10 cars of different brands, never encountered such poor customer service - my car was in servic Worst customer service EVER I have owned at least 10 cars of different brands, never encountered such poor customer service - my car was in service for several days, I wouldn't get a call back even after calling 2x a day asking for an update - if you take your car in and they don't see an issue, they won't make a record of your service issue unless you pay them their diagnostic fee - I have a van that has a common v6 penstar engine, which has a ticking noise The technician denied it was an issue until I did my own research and told them that it was a common issue - Then they wanted to charge me $3600 to repair something that is a common issue and something that could have been fixed under warranty - They never took responsibility and have been giving me the run around with my car in the shop for more than 2 weeks - Chrysler/Jeep and Dodge don't care about you, they will be happy to sell you a car but once it comes to service GOOD LUCK More
Waited 2 hours for an oil change was told wait time would be 1 1/2 hours, was never given an update. I had to ask how much longer and He said I just have to close your invoice but couldn’t give me a wait tim be 1 1/2 hours, was never given an update. So the other employee repeated the questions then He finally responded and said 10 minutes I’ll come get you.My car was ready this extra time I waited was unnecessary. The return mileage sticker was not even put on the windshield! Ridiculous! More

Great Service I had my car in the shop for a week for an on going engine issue. While this was frustrating, Hector took good care of me by getting me a loaner and k I had my car in the shop for a week for an on going engine issue. While this was frustrating, Hector took good care of me by getting me a loaner and kept me informed of my repairs. In the end, my engine issue was fixed and I had a nice loaner car in the mean time.
