Everything went well Benny looked at a few issues on my car .Also kept overnight and had two technicians come out and listen to pulley noise . Filledl empty coolant recovery tank and check for coolant lea car .Also kept overnight and had two technicians come out and listen to pulley noise . Filledl empty coolant recovery tank and check for coolant leak. Benny told me to bring back if I can pinpoint pulley causing intermittent noise. I have been pleased with service provided by Benny and the Technicians . I would say 5 star service for my experience. More

I took my car to service and dealt with the manager hector. These people are so rude and unprofessional. They act like they are being forced to help. They messed up my hood. The piece is broken and lef hector. These people are so rude and unprofessional. They act like they are being forced to help. They messed up my hood. The piece is broken and left oil stains in the interior. I have tried to call hectors manager and he hasnt returned my call. Terrible service. More

Worst customer service. I regret ever coming to this dealer. Why do you guys have employees working who clearly don’t want to be there? They should be doing something else. Honestly it's gotten worse within time. The other day I called to see if I needed to make an appointment and the guy Eddie who answered said no and hung up. When I came a couple days later guess who helped called to see if I needed to make an appointment and the guy Eddie who answered said no and hung up. When I came a couple days later guess who helped me. Same guy. Pretty rude to say that service was going to be 3 hours and if I really wanted to wait or come back Monday. I said no I need it today. He didn't seem like he wanted to be much help and said oh it's recommended this for the 30,000 miles a 700 dollars package and just pointed at it. I know nothing about cars and to just be told this is what my car is going to need I was like no. I just came for the oil change and tire rotation. Oh to top it off when I came in they were all wearing their masks improperly and when I came back everyone was just hanging out without their masks. I've told my family about how bad its gotten and how I only have to go to this dealer for my car meanwhile. Oh and for sales Dept. They try to rip you off. They made it seem like they were interested in buying my car but gave me the same horrible pitch they have to 3 other people and I heard it all. Over charging and not even caring if they got there business or not. Reza was the worst. More
