The rental we received had marijuana buds inside could not have my kid in the car due to smell there was not one call provided while my vehicle was there for a week when I got to dealer to pick up my car not have my kid in the car due to smell there was not one call provided while my vehicle was there for a week when I got to dealer to pick up my car the psi on tires was not what the recommended level should be which made me doubt the safety point inspection requested nor was I told that air filter was recommended to be changed never bringing my truck here again for service which is a shame because I was planning on purchasing a lot of parts that business will be taken elsewhere when I tried calling manager never received a call back a women kept telling me my car had already been picked up I understand with Covid it has been extremely busy but one courtesy phone call with updates would have been enough for us considering we spend over 500 on minimum work they had to do where the majority was in labor paid worst service I have ever received oh and adding that when I received my car no Covid measurements were taken no sanitation considering a lot of ppl may have been in my car had to take it in to wash More

Took car for dionastic and repair. Was told car would be a couple of days. After not receiving a call from original service clerk, called on the 4th day. Only to be told he was not there and after pressing a couple of days. After not receiving a call from original service clerk, called on the 4th day. Only to be told he was not there and after pressing was told that a manager would call me shortly. After not receiving a call from manager called a day later and asked for the service clerk again and was told he no longer worked there. New service clerk helped get car diagnostic and order part for repair. But even then communication was terrible. Never received updates instead had to call 3 different times myself. Frustrared, just wanted to pick up car but was threaten that i would still need to pay the diagnostic, even though it was the service & repair departments poor organization and communication that led to request. In all car was there for 15 days. Truly dissapointing experience. More
