The service was fine. The rep was responsible and easy to deal with. The work was performed in a reasonable time and I was kept informed. The only problem is the price was outrageous. It was a holiday weekend, I didn't hear from you as promised and tried to reach you by call ,text and email, but there wasn't any communication, I even tried to reach the supervisor with no success. Several times they said that you said that I should hang out and you going to call me "right away" and ofcourse nothing. BTW, I fixed the problem for 400 dollars while you asked for 3400 dollars (which me and my mechanic found ridiculous) I was about to buy a jeep from you guys but I'm not going to do it only because of this poor service Thx More
Benny was friendly & efficient when I dropped of my car for service. Very satisfied with the check in process. Was given options of what my car needed and not pressured on anything that wasn’t an immediate for service. Very satisfied with the check in process.
