So unhappy. Brought my Jeep that is only two years old in for the radio not working, saying fuse issue and the engine light on. After inspection, they told me because you didn’t do oil change on time(2 month for the radio not working, saying fuse issue and the engine light on. After inspection, they told me because you didn’t do oil change on time(2 months late), now the engine is gone and need new engine: $2500, t. I picked up and in 5 min radio goes off and key doesn’t open the door. Called in, told new radio was ordered but forgot to tell us snd the key will be $750. After two weeks the radio was placed and got called tgst the back brakes are bad: $1500. No thank u. After two days again the key doesn’t work, the radio stopped working and the air condition is not working now. What the xxxx was done to the car, More

"Backed Up" "1 1/2 to 2 hours tops" I was told to do the oil change. 4 hours of sitting in the lobby with absolutely awful music blasting was torture. They also did a "check" on various things such as fluids. Got home, went to add washer fluid and saw that the coolant level is below minimum and yet they checked everything off as good, so obviously didn't "check" anything. What a joke. More

Overly Busy and Unreliable This center is very busy. Hector is a great service rep and he works hard to make people happy, but it takes a long time to get services done. Some of the crew is nice, too. But, the quality of work is not great.I have a 3 oil change service plan I bought from this Center. Last time I came in, they failed to do a tire rotation or top off fluids. It was pretty bad. This time when got an oil change, things were much better. I attribute that to Hector. I also purchased new tires from this center during my oil change. The center apparently also does not know how to balance tires properly. Had to come back twice. I still get some vibration on the freeway. Worse, the Center does not offer any kind of road hazard protection. When my brand new tire went flat, Hector helped by calling the manufacturer, who agreed to cover half the cost of the tire - good customer service. The Center did not offer to cover the other half of the tire (or any of it), or waive install - bad customer service. 3 days later I had my replacement tire (Long time!). Further, I am having issues with the electronics not working in my car, but the center will not diagnose the problem without an exorbitant fee. The Center is otherwise clean. I appreciate that I get an uber to work and back while they work on my car. More
Repair took a long time due to needed parts. Hector got me a nIce loaner car that kept me in business. My Trackhawk was returned to me a week later cleaned and all work finished. Where do I begin..my leased Jeep Compass has now been in the shop for, get ready..7 whole months. I took my car in at 64k miles for a new catalytic converter that was under warranty up to 80k miles, in the the shop for, get ready..7 whole months. I took my car in at 64k miles for a new catalytic converter that was under warranty up to 80k miles, in the clear there. The car died on me multiple times, leading to no start at all, leaving me to have it towed to the dealer. The original service guy (Alan) who took our car on, was going to fix it, then ended up quitting since the dealership is, in his words: “just that bad.” Our new service guy (Hector), took our car on and had attitude from the start. He’s claimed the car was running fine and can’t sense any issue. I brought 2 batteries in, auxiliary and car battery, to get it back up and running to perform more fixing if possible. Hector kept declining and claiming that the code won’t come up on their end, even though it had in the past. They sat on it and waited too long to ever begin to fix anything when the code read the first time around. I was given a loaner car, LOANER. They called me up one day and said “you can come pick up your car to bring somewhere else because we’re going to have to start charging you storage fees and claim your loaner car as stolen if you don’t” okay fair play, I’ll get my car. Go to do so, turn the loaner keys in, and hector presents me with 2 bills claiming they’re for “rental” car fees, one totaling $2,300, another for $3,800. Upper management, hector, and the owner have all claimed we’ve refused to get my car. I’ve done nothing but try to get my car fixed while under warranty, and was on time when presented with a “threat” to pick up my car. I refuse to pay this $5,100 bill, and just want my car fixed properly but this dealership takes people on long hauls without doing anything to help. Never again. Still no car after almost a year..best part is they’re still making me pay the monthly lease payment! Nice. More
