I brought my vehicle in and a part was ordered under warranty. The new part is at the dealer, but I haven't been contacted. I've left a message with the service consultant, but have received zero info o warranty. The new part is at the dealer, but I haven't been contacted. Great customer service. I went in for service for 2007 PT Cruiser (My partner in DOG Rescue), Alex in the service center was the first to greet me; very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. My PT Cruiser nee Cruiser (My partner in DOG Rescue), Alex in the service center was the first to greet me; very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. My PT Cruiser needed some work done, there was no pressure to have everything fixed on the spot. Alex helped me understand what services I needed first that needed attention now and what services could wait a bit. I had plenty of questions and Alex took time to answer them all and explain things to help me understand. My car is getting the services it needs in parts and we are almost ready to hit the streets and rescue again. Thank you Alex More

Payman speaks to his customers extremely disrespectfully and also lies to them. In my experience he made an appointment for me at 1 pm promising to have my speaker fixed in 2-3 hours. I arrive after an hour and also lies to them. In my experience he made an appointment for me at 1 pm promising to have my speaker fixed in 2-3 hours. I arrive after an hour long drive and he proceeds to tell me that it will take at least a day. In result wasting 2 hours of my time, gas, and mileage because I had commitments that I had to attend to the next day. He makes another appointment for me at 8am because he now claims it will take a entire day to replace one speaker. We were also talking about fixing my fog light and he said it would most likely be free due it being a quick fix. He calls a couple hours later claiming it’ll be $440 for 2 hours of labor. This was a complete scam as I took my car to a 3rd party mechanic who was able to do it for free and in 20minutes. More

(I requested a complimentary car wash and he obliged.) I've always taken my Jeep to Westbrook and have been very satisfied with their service.
