My service guys was smart efficient and knowledgeable. But I got ripped off. 450.00 to clean a fan and radiator. Not happy in the end. But I got ripped off. 450.00 to clean a fan and radiator. Not happy in the end. More

visual inspection vs technician inspection Had the jeep in for routine maintenance and tire rotation. A few days later it starts pulling to the right. I call Payman (the original service advis Had the jeep in for routine maintenance and tire rotation. A few days later it starts pulling to the right. I call Payman (the original service advisor) and make arrangements to return the jeep. Payman tells me there will be another $199.00 inspection fee (as before) and credited against any maintenance. I find out later in the day that the estimate in repairs will be $4,000.00. I nearly fell out of my chair. I asked why this wasn't discovered earlier and both Payman and Hector (manager) tell me the following: Since my first service was more routine, it's more of a visual inspection. When someone calls with a specific issues, that's when the service tech does a deeper dive into the whole car. Needles to say I was not thrilled with that answer. I remained calm and returned for my car.... expecting to pay the $199.00 and I had planned to do so. Payman made the executive decision not to charge me the $199.00. I expressed my thanks and told him that he just may have saved me from taking my next new car purchase elsewhere. (We're weeks away from a new purchase. (My wife like the Jeep Renegade). For the record: Are you serious? You have two types of inspections? I've read your terms of service (back page) and there's no where in it that states this policy. Lastly, the technician report uses the word "possibly" when referring to the issues of the car pulling to the right. I need a yes or no before we spend thousands of dollars. Based on our "overall" experience, we won't be back... ever. We're taking out time and $$$ elsewhere! More
They performed warranty work on my new 2019 JL Rubicon. First they said would not work o Jeep due t towing safety equipment. When I brought a small team to dealer, the mechanic said wait a minute you don’t First they said would not work o Jeep due t towing safety equipment. When I brought a small team to dealer, the mechanic said wait a minute you don’t have to remove all . The guys helping were not too happy taking half Day off. They had no fix for wandering, death wobble and transfer case slipping to neutral from low range. Also tech dropped tool on fender causing deep scratches More

I made an appointment for a Tuesday morning to get my Jeep Grand Cherokee serviced in hopes I would not have to leave it for a long time. I dropped my vehicle off and was told they would keep me informed. The service writer said they were backed up and would need it at least overnight. I checked Wednesday but was told they hadn't been able to look at it yet. Thursday the service writer texted to say they needed more time, maybe over the weekend. I said I needed the vehicle back Friday even if they didn't have time to look at it. Friday the technician looked at the vehicle but was unable to repair the primary problem (hood open indicated on dash while driving). They did replace both batteries in an attempt to fix the Start/Stop system, apparently not aware that it will not function when the hood indicates 'open'. I call this incompetent. I picked up the vehicle Friday afternoon. The odometer showed 24 miles were put on the vehicle since I dropped it off. The writer could not explain. I sent him photos of the odometer before I drove off the lot. I texted him later the next week and never received a response. I will never use Russell Westbrook's service again. More
