Unfortunately I just had a service and oil change and I need to call you back as I’m finding oil spots under my car since the service And also smells like oil burning when I drive . Unorganized, unsafe, and unprofessional When trying to bring in my Jeep for servicing, I received conflicting information about whether or not to set an appointment. One rep said no, the ot When trying to bring in my Jeep for servicing, I received conflicting information about whether or not to set an appointment. One rep said no, the other said I needed an appointment and scheduled me about 2 weeks out. When bringing my Jeep in for servicing, I met with Eddie. I told Eddie clearly that I would like an oil consumption test performed on my Jeep. He said I shouldn't need that, and I explained that over the last 6 months my Jeep had consumed more oil than what would be considered normal, there was no evidence of leakage, and that I would like to perform the test that I would be paying for. Eddie inspected my Jeep and said that there appeared to be evidence that an oil consumption test had already been performed because he could see glue/adhesive where the cap would be secured. I informed him that this was the first time a test has been ordered. Eddie then said that it must have been done with the previous owner and I informed him that I was the first and only owner. I paid for the test and when I left to drive the 500 miles, I noticed that Eddie had inputted the mileage incorrectly (by a lot) on the forms, which is important as it pertains to the effectiveness of the test. When I tried to call him on both phone numbers he provided, he didn't answer either number. I had to come back to the dealership, walk him out to the car and prove the numbers were incorrect. He then scribbled out the number on my paperwork and when I asked if he should reissue the paperwork to me with the accurate mileage, he said no and that he'd correct it in the system. He allowed the customer to leave the lot with incorrect paperwork. Over the next two weeks, I tried to contact Eddie with questions on both phone numbers he provided. One number I would leave a voicemail on and the other did not have a voicemail set up. I never had my calls returned. After the 500 miles, I brought the car in to finish the test. When it was apparent that I was correct about the car's engine consuming oil, Eddie reacted very negatively. I was grateful that he had a co-worker present to confirm the results of the test. He then said that the engine needed replacing and he could provide me a loaner car first thing Monday (this was a Friday). I was not given any paperwork to show the results of the oil consumption test, but was told to just drop off my car on Monday and pick up the rental. I arrived the following Monday morning, Eddie was not present. I asked about paperwork for my Jeep and was told nothing was left for me. I picked up the Jeep rental and was told that it would only be good for a week. The rental car was concerning as it was filled with trash and rotting food between the seats. Given today's climate, cleanliness and diligence in maintaining the health of customers should be the highest priority. Needless to say, I did not feel like my health was a concern in this rental car. At the end of the week, I attempted to contact Eddie several times to get an update on my car. After many calls, I finally get Eddie on the phone, remind him who I am, and am quickly dismissed because he hadn't had the work approved yet, so nothing had been done on my Jeep. He said to just keep the rental and "don't worry about it". Two weeks later, I received a call/voicemail that my Jeep was ready for pick up. Unfortunately, my work week was demanding and I wasn't able to make it to the dealership that day or the next. I requested time off from work two days after that call to pick up the Jeep, and that morning received a very threatening text message from Eddie in all CAPS to pick up my Jeep that day. I picked up my Jeep, finally received the paperwork about what had been done. Finally, I found it appalling that nearly all of the employees at the dealership were not adhering to the face mask protocols set in place to create a safe work environment. Employees were either wearing the mask below their noses, hung off their faces, or not at all. Very few wore them properly. Even when speaking to Eddie throughout my visit, he wore his mask below his nose even at a close distance. More

I had an unsatisfactory appointment at the Service center, but Mike got in touch with me directly and was able to help me out. Started out bad, but ended up good. I’m not sure if I’d recommend the sho center, but Mike got in touch with me directly and was able to help me out. Started out bad, but ended up good.
