My truck was damaged while at the dealership for service. I made repeated phone calls. Spoke to the service adviser and never heard another word. Won't return my calls. Worst experience ever. Service was well and fairly timely. Was told 1-2 hours for oil change on phone and 2-3 hours in person. Took 2.5 hours. for oil change on phone and 2-3 hours in person. Took 2.5 hours. More
Took car for dionastic and repair. Was told car would be a couple of days. After not receiving a call from original service clerk, called on the 4th day. Only to be told he was not there and after pressing a couple of days. After not receiving a call from original service clerk, called on the 4th day. Only to be told he was not there and after pressing was told that a manager would call me shortly. After not receiving a call from manager called a day later and asked for the service clerk again and was told he no longer worked there. New service clerk helped get car diagnostic and order part for repair. But even then communication was terrible. Never received updates instead had to call 3 different times myself. Frustrared, just wanted to pick up car but was threaten that i would still need to pay the diagnostic, even though it was the service & repair departments poor organization and communication that led to request. In all car was there for 15 days. Truly dissapointing experience. More
I went in to get my rear window fixed. Got quoted for a broken tailgate. My tailgate is not broken. And they didn’t look at my rear window. No one double checked to see my initial problem. Good experience The service rep. I dealt with made sure that the issue with my jeep was diagnosed and fixed. I rode with a mechanic so he could get an understanding a The service rep. Not very impressed with the quality of service. I’ve had this issue at this dealership before. The only reason I use this dealership is because it’s in close proximity to my home.
