I took my Jeep in because of a battery issue and the problem was resolved. My advisor was informative on pricing and answered the questions I had pertaining to the auxiliary battery. Horrible, horrific service. My car had almost 2000 additional miles when I picked it up, it had signs of being personally used by somebody there, Xmas tree needles.
