They got the job done but seemed to lack customer service skills. Felt like I was burdening them by coming in to get my car serviced. When I asked if I can get an Uber back to the dealer, my service rep said “that’s only for paying customers” as if I didn’t buy a whole car from there... lack of customer skills was very present.
