Had to go there 5 times to pick up my spare key for my new truck. Every time I’ve went, they said they didn’t have it and must of misplaced it after I called the previous days to make sure it was in. Stil new truck. Every time I’ve went, they said they didn’t have it and must of misplaced it after I called the previous days to make sure it was in. Still never got an owners manual for my truck either. Service department are respectful but the people on the floor are very rude and full of themselves. More

Employees are rude. Went for a simple oil change told 2 hours wait 4 and a half. Didn’t fulfill everything I was told they were gonna do for my car. Told I was waiting extra for the car wash...never did hours wait 4 and a half. Didn’t fulfill everything I was told they were gonna do for my car. Told I was waiting extra for the car wash...never did that. Literally had to track down an employee so they could just give me my car key because I saw it just sitting there. Not worth all the money I spent.. regret buying my car there and taking it for service. Won’t be doing that again. I would do 0 stars if it was an option. More
One of the worst service experiences I have had. If it wasn’t for my prepaid oil change package I’d never go here again. My truck was left filthy upon delivery. I then complained that the wash that was pr wasn’t for my prepaid oil change package I’d never go here again. My truck was left filthy upon delivery. I then complained that the wash that was promised was obviously not completed. They had it for another hour until after 7pm when service was closed. Only to deliver a still dirty truck. I will likely not be back. Do yourself a favor and avoid this dealer. More

It was a fast, quick and easy service. I was quoted a 3 hour wait and it was done a lot faster. Got a call right when it was ready. I was very satisfied. hour wait and it was done a lot faster. Got a call right when it was ready. I was very satisfied. More
Poor communication and questionable diagnosis I brought my vehicle in due to intermittent transmission problems (at times it would not upshift under heavy acceleration). I chose to bring this to t I brought my vehicle in due to intermittent transmission problems (at times it would not upshift under heavy acceleration). I chose to bring this to the dealership hoping their expertise in working with these vehicles would speed the diagnosis. After a week, they came back with the same initial conclusion, the transmission needed to be replaced. At 50k miles, and 8 mo out of its powertrain warranty, this is very frustrating news. However, when pressed on how they reached this conclusion, I had serious doubt they really knew what the problem was. So they punted it, hoping replacing the entire unit would replace whatever the issue was. When they initially looked at the fluid, they told me there were no concerning signs, even asking if I'd recently changed it. (I hadn't. It was the factory fluid). However they later claimed to have found metal shavings that would suggest transmission failure. I asked how they hadn't seen them previously and they claimed they were small particles that show under light. I'm not clueless. I've worked on cars all my life, and I know that small particles do not suggest the transmission is failing. This is completely normal, part of the break-in, and this is why they put a magnet on the pan. If there were large shavings, we'd be having a different conversation. They also suggested a solenoid was bad, I asked if they could simply replace that but was told that its easier/cheaper to replace the entire transmission. Again, I'm not clueless. I know the solenoids are easily accessible on the bottom of the transmission on the valve body. The labor involved is a step above changing the filter. Even replacing the entire valve body assembly would have been acceptable. But to jump to an entire transmission replacement shows clear abuse of trust. I would never recommend this establishment and will be drafting many more reviews of similar nature to ensure that others are aware of the practices that are being conducted. More
