They got the job done but seemed to lack customer service skills. Felt like I was burdening them by coming in to get my car serviced. When I asked if I can get an Uber back to the dealer, my service rep said “that’s only for paying customers” as if I didn’t buy a whole car from there... lack of customer skills was very present. Could have been worded differently. Next time I’d rather wait for service rep Benny. He seems to be the only service rep with customer service skills. More
