Heard from other sources that the service was good here. I am closer to dealers in Glendale and other locations. Based on my references I came to Van Nuys for service even though it was inconvenient. Easy to work with, liked being offered transportation to home and back. Also took care of all paperwork on warranty. Would do business again, bought car at this dealership. Absolutely terrible service. Never prepared, had to come back multiple times because their communication is lacking. They also treat men better than women. I tried to tell them I was under warranty, hector back multiple times because their communication is lacking. They also treat men better than women. I tried to tell them I was under warranty, hector told me I had to pay $300+ for some part covered by warranty doing the typical salesman BS. I had a man call for me and explain the same exact situation and hector then recanted and said I didn’t have to pay anymore. Just awful. More

The only reason why i’m giving 4 stars is because of Jimmy. He was very helpful during the process. Jimmy was on it and very supportive. The main issue i had was with the mechanics. They kept bringing up the radiator when my 3 visits was for the water pump. That was the main concern because the Radiator wasn’t in terrible condition. My visits weren’t pleasant because i had to return at lease 4 times in a month and leave the car that i work in. i was charged about $1,800 in total. $600+ was for a part that supposedly was going to fix the leak but it didn’t and thats my main concern right now. Did the part that needed “fixing” did it really need it? More
