My battery died (it's still in warranty), so I drove to the nearest dealer. Because they didn't have any rentals, I asked to wait until they replaced it but unfortunately was told they needed more than tw the nearest dealer. Because they didn't have any rentals, I asked to wait until they replaced it but unfortunately was told they needed more than two hours (were they kidding me?) and was lucky they did it the same without an appointment. Well, next time I'll try to predict when my car breaks! Also I had to wait almost 30 minutes to pick up the car because it was at the car wash (!!!), but they deliver it exactly as I dropped off in the morning. Not upset for that, but please don't make a costumer wait so long. More
Your prices are too high. And it took two days to get my car back and nobody called me to give me an update because the day after I left it to be repaired was my service rep’s day off. Seriously. This dealership service department 'is incompetent at best. I took my truck in which is still under warranty for dead battery. After holding on to my truck for 2 days they advised me it wasn't my battery best. I took my truck in which is still under warranty for dead battery. After holding on to my truck for 2 days they advised me it wasn't my battery and that my radio need to be updated. Two days later I got stuck at work again with a dead battery. So I decided to have autozone check my battery, and sure enough the battery was bad... I also isolated the battery and check it and again it was low voltage. So I called the service department and they were extremely rude and condescending. I explained to them that I need my car for work and I can't keep getting stuck. The advisor told " let's remember you need us we don't need you" how unprofessional after spending $62,000 on a car..I'm surprised an autozone technician was able to figure it out but a dealership service department couldn't. Glendale Dodge diagnosed and fixed the problem in 6 hours from now on I'll be going there. More

this is the second time a simple oil change has turned into a week long saga in which I am unable to get information about what has happened to my car. And no, wearing a mask over your mouth with your nose hanging out is not consistent with the guideline, it is ineffective and makes you look stupid. More
I was very happy with my service. Payman was very friendly and helpful. He helped me make my time more efficient by reminding me I was due for an oil change (which I came in for another reason).
