Worst experience I’ve ever had at a dealership. Hector got my radio in and sent it back twice. Never followed up. Was never contacted. I had to call the department EVERY. SINGLE. DAY. The 1 star is for Hector’s professionalism otherwise I’d give this establishment no stars. Took my car in for service and repairs only to be told they weren’t covered through the cars warranty or the exten give this establishment no stars. Took my car in for service and repairs only to be told they weren’t covered through the cars warranty or the extended warranty I purchased. I was directed towards the sales floor for assistance about the package I had purchased but no one was willing to help or assist. Saw coffee coming in for staff, dancing, lots of joking amongst them but not a single person eager or willing to help. Now when I purchased the car there were two sales reps assisting, a sales manager and a finance manager. How things change once they have your signature on a contract.... Got tired of waiting so while I was in the lobby, I called Chrysler Corporate, addresses my concerns, filed a claim, cleared up my questions (process took about 30 minutes) and finished my call and still no one came over to offer assistance. By far the worst customer care experience I’ve ever had in my life. Not just at a dealership but ANYWHERE. More
