Scheduling, follow up and ordering within service department need great improvement. Spent $700+ on the first service of my truck and 2 1/2 weeks later the service fuel filter light comes on. Trash. Just complete trash. I brought my truck in to Trash. Just complete trash. I brought my truck in to have some parts added. The “master tech” said the parts weren’t compatible and were for an olde Trash. Just complete trash. I brought my truck in to have some parts added. The “master tech” said the parts weren’t compatible and were for an older truck. They didn’t even try to install them or research the parts. On top of that they quoted my 2.5 hours for something that took me 45 mins to do. Total waste of time. I ended up doing the work myself after they told me it wasn’t possible and saved myself $550. They should listen to their customers sometimes. More
