I leased my Jeep from Westbrook. I’ve taken it for service and warranty repairs a few times for minor issues. The service department is top notch and ONLY because I had the pleasure of dealing with Pa service and warranty repairs a few times for minor issues. Auxiliary port (and 12v socket) still don’t work. Also Auxiliary port (and 12v socket) still don’t work. Also got the text that it was supposed to be ready, but it was not ready when I arrived about an Auxiliary port (and 12v socket) still don’t work. Also got the text that it was supposed to be ready, but it was not ready when I arrived about an hour later, and had to wait over 30 minutes (or more if I hadn’t poked).. but cleaned car was nice and the car drove better. Booking a new appointment for this continued electrical issue. More
