Got my first oil change and tire rotation. Prior to bringing my car in I noticed that the coolant level (below minimum line) and windshield washer fluid were low. After my car was ready i noticed that the fluids were not topped off. I brought it to their attention and after they checked it again. The refilled my washer fluid and was told that the coolant level will rise as the engine heats. True, but it was below the minimal cold level, i told them. Anyway, i shouldnt have to check that the service staff does what they say they will. Is my oil even changed? Do i have to mark my rims to make sure the tires are rotated next time? Jiffy lube is cheaper and more attentive. The staff at the counter were indifferent and looked like they didnt want ti be there. More

He was instrumental in suggesting when it was time to turn in my previous truck and helped me lease my new 2019 Ram Limited with all the goodies. Shall follow his lead again this coming December when I get my 2022 Ram Limited. He always makes it fun to bring my truck in. He has a dry sense of humor and I always look forward to my next interaction with him. He's the reasonziI keep returning. More

I was on time for my appointment, but wasn’t acknowledged or helped until after the person who came behind me was helped.
