If I could give 0 stars I would. This was the worse experience I ever had. I dealt with Alex K. I took my car in to get a sensor fixed. Soon as he found out the make of the car, he starts talking about experience I ever had. I dealt with Alex K. I took my car in to get a sensor fixed. Soon as he found out the make of the car, he starts talking about its due for a major tune up. That made no sense to me because I just purchased the vehicle and it had less than 45,000miles. This tune-up quote was over $3000.Ridiculous!! I informed him that I just purchased the vehicle and I don't have no money to spend so let's just fix what I know is wrong and is covered under my warranty. He says my guy is going to check everything before he starts working on the car so don't worry about anything. I said cool,call me and let me know before he does anything. He says definitely. I called and texted everyday waiting to see when my car was ready and what's going on because a sensor should have took less than a day. On the second day Alex informed me that my engine mounts were broken. I knew that was covered under my warranty so I told him to fix it. I texted over the next 9 days of them having the car for updates and all I got was voicemail, late response to text, and "im still trying to see how we can get this covered." Mind you the second he told me about the mounts I sent over my warranty. On the 10th day I was told my car would be ready at 3. I arrived and was hit with a $3200 payment due. I almost died. What are you charging me for when both problems that you informed me was getting worked on was covered. Alex K. tells me the $3200 is for the major tune-up. xxx!!! I never told you to do that, over the last 9 days I asked for updates and you said nothing about a tune-up,and you were told to call me if the mechanic found out anything besides the sensor was messed up. Even when I was told the car was ready, I was told they got the engine mounts fixed and the sensor. He never mentioned anything. I called the dealership and they asked why would you do a tune-up when the car was just purchased? Alex says it's due at 40k miles. My dealer said why would a major tune up be due at 40k and Alex cut him off and says "actually it's due at 30k." When my dealer asked who gave u permission to do that, Alex tells him I did. I immediately said that's a lie. My dealer spoke with me again and informed me that it's something fishy about this guy and he was going to find out some more information. He sent me a whole list(directly from dodge) with info on when everything is due for service. A major tune up wasn't due until 100k miles. I continued to ask n inform Alex that this job was never giving an ok by me. He shows me the paper where I told him about the sensor and where he drew a quote on a tune-up then says look u signed it. I said u know that was not a signature for you to give my car a tune-up when we didn't even know the car needed one and I told you I'm only here for the sensor. I was completely bamboozled!!! In the end I had to pay $2500 to get my car. Never work with Alex K, always take a male with you,and don't put your name on anything because they will find a way to say you gave the ok. This xxxx is a business and people are always out to make a dollar off someone else. It's a whole pandemic and I have a family who needed every dollar that was pretty much stolen from me. You live and you learn. Horrible experience!!!!! And whoever the mechanic was is full of xxxx to. He knew xxxx well it was not due for a tune-up. These prices are insane. Who in their right mind would pay $3200 for a tune-up that you could get anywhere else for under $200 More

Service was good. Only issue is the dent and scratch on the dront passenger door. I do not recall ever seeing it ant it looked fresh when I wioed it. Car was not completely repaired returned filthy and after having car for a month have to return it again and waste more time.
